¨Fundacja Diagrama Pomoc Psychospoleczna¨, headquarters in Wroclaw, was created in 2006, according to the law of foundations of 1984. The objective of the Foundation is to promote the development of Centres, Programmes and Investigation dedicated to the prevention, treatment and integration of adolescents and young people in difficult psychosocial situation and/or social difficulty.
