Fundacja Diagrama Pomoc Psychospołeczna headquarters in Wroclaw, was created in 2006, according to the law of foundations of 1984. The objective of the Foundation is to promote the development of Centres, Programmes and Investigation dedicated to the prevention, treatment and integration of adolescents and young people in difficult psychosocial situation and/or social difficulty.

Our commitment

Our commitment is based on the conviction that girls and boys, teenagers and young people at risk and in social conflict:

The Foundation Diagrama aspires to:

• Develop risk and conflict prevention in the family and school environment
• Consolidate our educational and socio-professional reintegration methodology within a complete intervention model for adolescents and young people
• Develop specialized research programmes by associating our know-how to that of university institutions in order to create knowledge
• Resort to new technologies as a real social integration element and communication and training support
• Integrate quality standards in our psychosocial intervention
• Raising awareness of adolescents and young people of our country and developing countries, about the different forms in which social risk manifests itself amongst children.
